Construction and buildup a semi-automated flow injection conductimetric system

Abstract

A home-made semi-automated flow injection conductimetric system can be
constructed and build-up from simple, inexpensive, off the shelf components and by
designing a home -made conductivity cell. The accuracy of this system was evaluated
by determination of KCl in two commercial drugs and representative samples. The
combination of FIA technique with detector provides rapid, reproducible and
conductometric sensitive system.
