Abstract

Abstract
Treatment of cis-[ PdL2 ] with dppm (1:2) gave the complex [ PdL2 (dppm)2 ] .
Reaction of the [ PdL2 (dppm)2 ] with some transition metals in chloroform yielded
bimetallic complexes of the type [ L2 Pd( μ-dppm)2MXn ] ; where ( MXn = MnCI2
,CuCl2 , PtCI2 , PdCl2 , SnCI4 and Mo(CO)4 ) . The prepared bimetallic complexes
were characterized by elemental analysis , infrared , UV./ Vis. , molar conductance ,
magnetic susceptibility measurement .
