Synthesis of some new imines via mono and dithiopyridine dicarboximides

الملخص

A number of substituted mono and dithiopyridine dicarboximides were
synthesized by condensation of pyridine dicarboximides with diphosphorous
pentasulphide (P2S5) in dry dioxane. Reaction of mono and dithiopyridine
dicarboximides with ethylamine afforded imines in good yields. The structure of all
compounds were identified by physical, chemical and spectroscopic data.
